To be eligible for a refund, clients must meet the following criteria:
a. Project Cancellation: If a client cancels a project before we initiate any work, they are eligible for a full refund minus any transaction fees.
b. Non-Delivery: If GETSOFT4U LLC fails to deliver the project within the agreed-upon timeframe and no extension has been agreed upon, the client may be eligible for a refund.
c. Dissatisfaction: If a client is not satisfied with the final deliverable and GETSOFT4U LLC cannot rectify the issues after three revision attempts, a partial or full refund may be considered.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be available in the following situations:
a. If the client changes their mind after work has commenced.
b. If the client stops communicating with GETSOFT4U LLC for a period exceeding 30 days, without prior notice.
c. If the client goes against our advice and insists on a specific approach or solution that later results in dissatisfaction.
d. For services that have been completed and delivered with client approval.
e. For minor issues or bugs that can be fixed or rectified within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Refund Process
a. Clients wishing to request a refund must contact our support team within 7 days of the project’s delivery or the occurrence of the issue leading to the refund request.
b. The request will be reviewed, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
c. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
6. Revision of Refund Policy
GETSOFT4U LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website, and clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
Other
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of COMPANY and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
